1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Services

Prateeksha Marketing provides digital services including SEO & Local SEO, AEO & AI search optimization, website & eCommerce development, mobile app development, and landing page design & CRO. Specific deliverables and timelines are agreed upon in individual service agreements.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. We operate on monthly retainers unless otherwise agreed. Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue. Late payments may result in service suspension.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and timely feedback
• Grant necessary access to accounts, platforms, and assets
• Ensure content and materials provided do not infringe third-party rights
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your business or requirements

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables (content, designs, campaigns) created specifically for them. Prateeksha Marketing retains rights to methodologies, templates, and tools used in delivery. We may reference client work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, financial data, and campaign performance.

7. Results Disclaimer

Digital marketing results depend on many factors including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. We commit to our best professional efforts and transparent reporting.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will transfer all account access, campaign data, and assets belonging to the client within 7 business days.

9. Limitation of Liability

Prateeksha Marketing's liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding month. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
